2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or client preference after work has started.
- Partial work or deliverables already approved by the client.
- Services delivered as per agreed specifications but not used by the client.
- Delays caused by client-side factors, including late feedback or unavailability.
3. Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the issue by emailing hrm@seyasolutions.com with your project details and reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a project before work starts and receive a full refund.
- For cancellations after work has commenced, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the work completed and costs incurred.
5. Dispute Resolution
If there is a disagreement about a refund, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or legal action in accordance with the governing law (Sri Lanka).
